THE SITUATION

A paid media problem on the surface — a structural one underneath.

Revenera came to Somebody Digital with a problem that looked like a paid media issue but was really a structural one. After nearly a decade of working with multiple agencies across different channels, their marketing operation had grown fragmented. SEO and paid ran independently, with no shared data and no unified view of what was driving pipeline. The technical picture made it worse. The website was failing all three Core Web Vitals on mobile, the technical health score sat at 51 out of 100, and 78% of product leads were coming from a handful of aging content pieces — a single point of failure hiding in plain sight. Meanwhile, competitors were running “Revenera alternative” ad copy and winning share of voice in conversations Revenera should have owned. The board was asking hard questions about marketing’s contribution to pipeline. There were no clean answers, because the data lived in separate dashboards that told different stories.

WHAT WE DID

One integrated engine, rolled out deliberately over sixty days.

Fragmentation was replaced with a single engine through the Evolution Framework, bringing Technical Excellence, Paid Media Acceleration, SEO-Paid Synergy, and a unified CRO and content program under one strategy — with technical remediation running in parallel throughout.

01
Structure

One integrated engine, not four agencies

The first thing Somebody Digital changed was the structure. Revenera's fragmented multi-channel setup was replaced with a single integrated engine through the Evolution Framework, bringing Technical Excellence, Paid Media Acceleration, SEO-Paid Synergy, and a unified CRO and content program together under one strategy. For the first time, every channel was working from the same data and the same definition of success.

02
Foundation

Weeks 1–2: Foundation

Schema markup implemented across priority pages. Baseline CRO testing on high-traffic landing pages. Analytics infrastructure rebuilt to enable cross-channel attribution. Technical remediation ran in parallel throughout — Core Web Vitals improvements, broken URL resolution and metadata fixes.

03
Acceleration

Weeks 3–4: Acceleration

Performance Max campaigns launched. Campaign structure diversified across Google and LinkedIn to reduce over-reliance on a small number of ad groups. Budget moved entirely to LinkedIn after early data showed significantly better MQL quality there.

04
Integration

Weeks 5–6: Integration

Revenera's Software Monetization Mastery Hub launched as a topical authority hub. A cross-channel attribution model was implemented, giving the marketing team, for the first time, a single view of how spend was connected to pipeline. A long-term content strategy reduced dependency on the aging pieces that had carried the majority of leads.

THE RESULTS

Better quality and efficiency — on 40% less spend.

The impact showed up where it mattered: not just in volume, but in quality and efficiency.
